A glide bait and a Scope bait may look similar, but they are not the same. Think of it like swapping the engine in a car. From the outside, it may look nearly identical, but once you pop the hood, everything is different. Some of the changes are visible, but most of what makes this bait special is happening under the surface.
One of the biggest differences is how we weighted the bait. We tuned it to sink at what we feel is the ideal rate for forward-facing sonar. Too slow, and it never gets down to the fish before they've moved on. Too fast, and it loses its natural appearance and can actually turn fish away.
